Shipping & Returns
For a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience at Honey and Me, please take a moment to review our shopping
policies.
Purchases:
- We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after purchasing. Verify the accuracy of your
order including your shipping information, product descriptions, quantities, colors, sizes, pricing, and coupon
codes (if applicable) prior to submission. - NOTICE: Photo props and background decorations are NOT included. Images may appear differently across devices
and items can be brighter or darker in person.
Shipping:
- $9.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100! (Contiguous US)
- Canadian Orders ship for $49.95
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days.
- Free Shipping on Subscriptions is currently available for customers in the USA only.
- Honey and Me will not be responsible for lost or stolen
packages. Contact USPS, UPS, or local law enforcement to resolve issues related to lost/stolen packages. To resolve issues related to lost or stolen packages, please contact the United States Postal Service, UPS, or your local law enforcement.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Any Shortages or damages to be reported withing 5 days.
- Items cannot be returned without prior authorization.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Refunds/returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, wigs, Seasonal items, and sale/clearance items.
- Subscriptions are not returnable. Go to the Subscriptions product Information tab for full details.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
