The Gold Collector's Box is a quarterly subscription featuring a large surprise Limited Edition Honey & Me product that is only available in this box. One lucky recipient each quarter will also receive a special bonus gift directly from product designer and company owner, Lisa Liffick. This subscription is currently only available for United States customers.

Subscription Boxes are seasonal with quarterly billing and shipments. You also have the option to pre-pay for all 4 quarterly boxes in advance. Shipping is included with subscription price.

2024 Quarterly Billing Dates:
Please note you will be charged at the time you are signing up for the subscription. After that, you will be charged on the 1st day of each quarter as shown below. If you choose the annual pre-paid option, you will only be charged once per year.

1. Spring Box - January 1st
   
2. Summer Box - April 1st  
3. Fall Box - July 1st
4. Winter Box - October 1st

2024 Cutoff Dates:

1. Spring Box - Subscribe by March 31st
   
2. Summer Box - Subscribe by June 30th
3. Fall Box - Subscribe by September 30th
4. Winter Box - Subscribe by December 31st
   

You must become a subscriber by the cutoff dates above to receive the current quarter's box! (For example, if you become a subscriber on April 1st, your first subscription box delivered will be the Summer box because the Spring box cutoff date was March 31st).

2024 Shipping Schedule:

1. Spring Box - Starts Shipping Approximately February 10th
   
2. Summer Box -   Starts Shipping Approximately May 10th
3. Fall Box -   Starts Shipping Approximately August 10th
4. Winter Box -   Starts Shipping Approximately November 10th

Cancellation & Return Policy:

QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION: You have the option to self-manage your subscription by pausing or canceling at any time, using the link provided to your email upon purchase. No refunds will be offered for quarterly subscriptions that have already been charged.

ANNUAL PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTION: You have the option to self-manage your subscription by pausing or canceling at any time, using the link provided to your email upon purchase. Please be aware, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again annually but will still receive the boxes you pre-paid for. 

Shipping:

• Canadian Orders ship for $49.95 
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days.
• Free Shipping on Subscriptions is currently available for customers in the USA only.

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, Wigs, Seasonal items, and sale/clearance items.

• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To resolve issues related to lost or stolen packages, please contact the United States Postal Service, UPS, or your local law enforcement.
